The present invention relates to a biomarker capable of diagnosing glomerular diseases in a non-invasive way. Provided are a protein biomarker capable of diagnosing chronic renal diseases from a bio-fluid of a glomerular disease patient, and a method for detecting the protein biomarker. A body liquid is provided before a biopsy is performed to diagnose glomerular diseases, and a protein is concentrated and used. The protein is decomposed into peptides through an enzyme reaction, and the peptides are analyzed by a mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS), so the protein is identified. Moreover, the protein biomarker according to the present invention can be used as a diagnosis kit capable of diagnosing glomerular diseases in the early stage. Accordingly, glomerular diseases can be diagnosed and treated in the early stage, so a progress thereof to end stage renal failure is inhibited and public health can be improved. The biomarker according to the present invention is preferably a body liquid-derived protein, and the body liquid-derived protein includes one or more proteins selected from the group consisting of amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 to 19.
