摘要

The present invention provides a binary compound nano ink, which is formed by dispersing binary compound nanoparticles provided by using a synthetic method of the binary compound nano particles to isobutyl alcohol, and a manufacturing method of a CIS thin film solar cell by using the binary compound nano ink. The manufacturing method of binary compound nano particles comprises: a step of forming a compound by synthesizing and growing a chlorine-containing metal precursor solution and a selenium solution by using a reflux device at a predetermined temperature; a step of cooling the compound up to room temperature and precipitating a powder; a step of forming binary compound nano particles by repeating a process of dispersing the powder and performing a centrifugation twice or more times; and a step of vacuum-drying the binary compound nano particles.
