The present invention relates to a stress distribution estimation system for a structure using a terrestrial laser scanning device, a safety evaluation system using the same, and an estimation method therefor. The system introduces a grid, which is a new concept, based on a coordinate transformation of terrestrial laser scan data, interpolates a representative point of each grid using cubic smoothing spline interpolation (CSSI), calculates a strain rate of a structure, and estimates stress distribution as well as a safety evaluation system of a structure using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
