The present invention relates to a nerve regeneration tube for regenerating damaged or severed peripheral nerves. More particularly, the present invention relates to a nerve regeneration tube having electrical conductivity by coating a conductive material, which is an electrically conductive material, on a guide tube made of a biocompatible material such as a biodegradable polymer or collagen. Transplantation of conductive nerve regeneration ducts can promote regeneration of disconnected nerves and improve functional recovery of the nerves.;
