Said flap is delivered to the perineum through a tunnel formed under the direct huckle muscle and tailor's muscle. Then skin is counter punctured in the infrabuttock crease region, the flap is drawn in the tunnel and extracted in the left infrabuttock crease region. Then the wound synovial bursa is excised, the wound is incised to perineum from the point of flap removing in the infrabuttock crease region.
