The invention relates to a device for transporting and optionally capturing a model aircraft or a multicopter type drone. This transport device (1) comprises a gripping element (2) provided for a user, at least one connecting element (4), flexible or rigid, fixed to the gripping element (2) at its upper end. and a coupling element (3) fixed at the lower end of the connecting member (4). The coupling element (3) is intended to mate with a part of the model aircraft (5) or the drone, for example for transport, the user then transporting the model aircraft or the drone by the gripping element (2). The coupling element (3) may be a hook (15) which mates with the model aircraft (5) or the drone to support it from below, at its branches or its propellers.
