The bristles (16, 23) extend away from the bristle carrier (13, 10) in a radially outward manner. To ease cleaning of the gaps between teeth and/or a dental implant, in particular to reduce the risk of injury when using an interdental brush (10), the brush head (11, 19, 22) of the interdental brush (10) is embodied as a single-component injection molded part.
