The invention relates to a Brandschutzglasfüllvorrichtung (56) for filling of fire protection glasses (10) with a flowable firestop material (24), comprising: a fill port (60) for filling of fire protection material (24) on a lower filling opening (68) of a fire protection glass (10) and at least one venting means (62) for connection to a top vent opening (70) of the fire protection glass (10). To facilitate the filling and to make easier to handle, it is proposed that the vent means (62) comprises a vent channel (84) and in the area of the vent passage (84) disposed source means (92) which swells on contact with the fireproofing material mass (24) to close the vent passage (84).
