PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fireproof safety glass with which a fireproof window having a larger opening than before and a continuous external appearance can be formed and the explosive fracture caused by the insufficiency of outgassing of a resin film can be prevented in the case of fire; a method for manufacturing the same; a fireproof safety glass joined body; and a construction method for the fireproof window.;SOLUTION: The fireproof safety glass 10 has a laminated glass part 10a, formed by bonding glass sheets 11,12 through a resin film 13 and a protruding part 11c where one side of the glass sheet 11 protrudes by 10 to 600 mm from the laminated glass part 10a. The method for manufacturing the fireproof safety glass 10 comprises: forming a laminated body by arranging the film 13 on a light-transmitting face of the glass sheet 11, then arranging the glass sheet 12 so that a belt-like part having a width of 10 to 600 mm of one side of the glass sheet 11 remains, and covering the belt-like part with a plate material having a release material; then attaching a vacuum packing to the laminated body; and hot-pressing the glass sheets 11,12 by heating and pressing the laminated body in an autoclave while depressurizing the autoclave. The fireproof safety glass joined body is obtained by joining the projection parts 11c of two sheets of the fireproof safety glass 10 to each other by halving joint, and the construction method for the fireproof window comprises joining the protruding parts 11c of two sheets of the fireproof safety glass 10 to each other by halving joint.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
