COLLIMATION LINE INSPECTION DEVICE OF AUTOMATIC LEVEL, AND COLLIMATION LINE INSPECTION METHOD OF AUTOMATIC LEVEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an objective and prompt determination in a collimation line inspection of an automatic level.;SOLUTION: Vertical lines 111 and 112 displayed by arranging a weighted thread is observed by an automatic level 10 and a state of the collimation line of the automatic level is determined. The two vertical lines 111 and 112 displayed by the weighted threads having a different length each other are photographed, and vertical line image data which is the image of the two vertical lines is extracted from image data, and collimation line image data which is the image of the collimation line is extracted from the image data, and a parallel degree of the two vertical lines is measured by pattern-matching the two vertical line image data. When a parallel degree of the two vertical lines is within a predetermined range, the vertical line image data and the collimation line image data are pattern-matched, and thereby finding an inclination of the collimation line to the vertical line.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
