PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new heat storage type snow-melting system technology enabling an installing segment area at an underground heat storage zone to be saved as compared with an area of a target zone to be snow-melted, additionally heat storage efficiency and heat insulation efficiency to be increased and further a remarkable snow melting performance and expenditure saving to be attained.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a solar heat underground heat storage snow-melting system constituted in such a way that an upper heat insulation layer 2 is arranged at a top surface of an underground heat storing zone 1 buried at a prescribed underground depth, an underground heat insulation wall 3 is arranged at a lower circumferential side at the top surface, an underground heat exchanger 6 is arranged at a target snow-melting segment, solar heat collecting plates 7 are installed and at the same time heat radiation circulation passage 80, and a heat collecting circulation passage 81 for the underground heat storage zone 1 and the solar heat collecting plates 7, and the underground heat storage zone 1 and the underground heat exchanger 6 are connected, each of a pump 95 for solar heat collecting plate and a pump 96 for underground heat exchanger is installed at a middle location of the heat radiation circulation passage 80 and additionally, there is provided a control device 90 capable of integrally controlling these pumps 95, 96 for the heat exchanging fluid 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
