PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution support device allowing automatic unloading from a loading section to be efficiently performed, and a physical distribution support system and a physical distribution support program.SOLUTION: A physical distribution support device includes an acquisition section, an estimation section and a management section. The acquisition section acquires information capable of specifying order in which a plurality of objects to be delivered is loaded onto a loading section and identification information identifying the loading section. The estimation section estimates loading patterns with which the plurality of objects to be delivered is loaded onto the loading section by narrowing down candidates of the loading patterns derived on the basis of auxiliary information capable of supporting establishment satisfaction/non-satisfaction determination of the loading patterns while deriving the candidates of the loading patterns with which the objects to be delivered are loaded onto the loading section under a restriction on the basis of the information acquired by the acquisition section and spatial information of the loading section. The management section associates the identification information with the loading patterns estimated by the estimation section and causes a storage section to store the identification information associated therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
