PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a soybean filmy processed product, capable of integrating a production line so as to achieve cost reduction, space saving, sanitary control improvement, promoting a new product development, and corresponding with various processed product productions.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a soybean filmy processed product includes: a separation process P1 of separating coagulation components 2 from water-soluble components 3 by coagulation treatment (coagulation treatment process P0) of soybean milk 1; a mixing process P2 of obtaining a mixture 4 by mixing the separated coagulation components 2 and water-soluble components 3; and a post treatment process P3 of obtaining a filmy target product 5 by subjecting the mixture 4 to post treatment. The post treatment process P3 includes at least treatment of bringing to a filmy form for bringing the mixture 4 to a filmy form. The treatment of bringing to a filmy form can be any one of rolling treatment of the mixture 4, coating treatment to a thin layer or a medium excluding the thin layer, and dehydration treatment using filtration means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
