PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breeding device capable of achieving space saving, labor saving and energy saving, when breeding a large quantity of silkworms.;SOLUTION: A breeding device for breeding a large quantity of silkworms includes a casing 103 having an openable/closable work port 106 on the front face 105, a plurality of rearing shelves 104 laminated in the vertical direction in the casing 103, air-conditioning equipment for controlling a rearing environment in each rearing shelf 104, and a driving facility for moving each rearing cage 104 in the vertical direction and stopping it at the work port 106.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
