PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the crack and deterioration of a structure without being hardly affected by doneness of adherence of a strain sensor array sheet.;SOLUTION: In a structure where the surface of a steel material 201 having a flat rectangular parallelepiped shape is connected with a side end part of a steel material 202 having the flat rectangular parallelepiped shape by welding, a strain sensor array sheet 101 is adhered to a center vicinity of the surface of the steel material 201 and to one side area of the steel material 202 with adhesive. The strain array sheet 101 is constituted where a plurality of strain sensors are arranged in an array shape, and a crack advancing direction 211 of the first steel material and a crack occurrence position are specified by the measuring device not shown based on a relative value of the strain detection value independently outputted mutually from each of the plurality of strain sensors.
