PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical frequency domain reflection measurement device for nonlinearly correcting a wavelength sweep over a wide range of an optical fiber to be measured.SOLUTION: Provided is an optical frequency domain reflection measurement device including an auxiliary interferometer for inputting some of the output light of a sweep light source to an optical fiber to be measured and causing reflected light from the optical fiber to be measured and some of the output light of the sweep light source to interfere, and outputting as a measurement interference signal; a linearization unit for correcting the nonlinearity of the wavelength sweep of the sweep light source for the measurement interference signal using an auxiliary interference signal; and a Fourier transformation unit for Fourier transforming the output signal of the linearization unit and outputting a frequency domain signal, where the linearization unit including a plurality of linearization parts each having a different delay time, the Fourier transformation unit including a weighted addition/Fourier transformation part for adding up the output signals of the plurality of linearization parts weighting each differently and outputting a Fourier transformed result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
