SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR UIJ TURNS OF PROFESSIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UIJ turn support system to help professional human resources wishing to make a so-called UIJ turn by supplying matched pairs of help-wanted information and information on assistance systems offered by local governments.SOLUTION: A support system is configured by connecting a human resources terminal 1, a local enterprise terminal 2, an urban enterprise terminal 3 and a server 6 via an Internet 5. The server 6 is equipped with a human resources information database 8 for human resources information supplied from the urban enterprise terminal 3, a help-wanted information database 7 for help-wanted information supplied from the local enterprise terminal 2 and a public assistance database 9 for information on public assistance systems available to human resources ready to change their work locations. The server 6 processes matching among matching-desired items supplied from the urban enterprise terminal 3 and their counterpart items in the respective information items from the help-wanted information database 7, the human resources information database 8 and the public assistance database 9, and makes the result of matching accessible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
