PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resources development supporting system for developing human resources suitable for the policy of an enterprise. PSOLUTION: This human resources development system is provided with: a means for displaying a participant retrieval picture 71 as a means for inputting a retrieval condition for retrieving personnel to be educated or teaching materials; and a first DB reading tool 21 for acquiring personal qualification information and carrier information acquired by the employees of an enterprise during the execution of tasks from a personnel DB 5a, and for storing it in a personnel DB 2a. Furthermore, this system is provided with: a second DB reading tool 25 for acquiring the participation history information associated with participants and teaching material information of an e-Learning system for educating persons through an LAN 1 from an e-Learning DB 4a, and for storing it in the personnel DB 2a; an input processing part 22 for displaying a participant retrieval picture 71 and a teaching material retrieval picture 81 for retrieving participants; and a retrieval processing part 23 for retrieving the personnel to be educated and the teaching materials out of the personnel DB 2a based on the retrieval condition inputted to those retrieval pictures.
