PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emotion propagation device, an emotion propagation method and a program that can improve organization performance by efficiently propagating affirmative emotion to the whole organization.;SOLUTION: An emotion propagation device 10 is connected to respective terminal devices 21 of a plurality of users 20 through a network. The emotion propagation device 10 comprises: an emotion transmission part 11 which receives data transmitted by a specific user 20 from his or her terminal device 21 and representing emotion of the specific user to another user 20 that the specific user 20 specifies, and transmits the received data to the terminal device 21 of the another user 20; and an emotion propagation part 12 which gives notice that the data has been transmitted to a user 20 to which the emotion of the specific user 20 should be propagated.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
