PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat resin composition generating no interference fringe when the coated film is formed on a triacetylcellulose film.SOLUTION: The antistatic hard coat resin composition contains a compound (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group, a quaternary ammonium salt-containing polymer (B), and a mixed solvent (C) of acetone and one or more alcohols selected from methanol, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol.
