PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for producing a processed product used for refreshment from a precisely fabricated fruit skin of Citrus, which includes a drying process for retaining the shape of the fruit skin in order to produce the processed product whose appearance deserves to be viewed over a long term.SOLUTION: The production method for producing a processed product used for refreshment from a fruit skin of Citrus includes a drying step of drying the fruit skin using the absorbability of wood by applying pressure to the fruit skin over a wooden absorber in a state in which the wooden absorber is in contact with the fruit skin.
