PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent unauthorized use of an existing device which is an unauthorized use prevention object without changing a hardware configuration.SOLUTION: A portable terminal creates measurement position information by measuring an own position based on a received positioning signal. Based on the measurement position information and installation position information of an information processing device, it determines whether the measurement position of the portable terminal matches the installation position of the information processing device. When the measurement position does not match the installation position as the result of determination, it controls to stop at least some of functions of the information processing devices.
