PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a nursery bed for greening a vertical surface G such as a wall in a building, by using a soil substrate without solidification with an adhesive agent.SOLUTION: A nursery bed 1 is formed by filling a box 3 inserted and incorporated into a bag 2 made of nonwoven fabric, with a soil substrate 4. The nursery bed is supported by a frame material 6 and formed in a unit U for vertical surface greening. A plant A is planted on the soil substrate 4 exposed from a planting hole 3r formed in the box 3 by expanding a slit 2o formed in the bag 2.
