PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a marker for differentiation of epithelial ovarian cancer capable of inexpensively, simply, and minimally invasively detecting the epithelial ovarian cancer at high proper-diagnosis rate, and to develop and provide a method for determining an affection of the epithelial ovarian cancer using the marker.SOLUTION: A fragment having glycoprotein secreted by an epithelial ovarian cancer cell and formed by adding a sugar chain to an asparagine residue at a specific position or having the sugar chain is provided as a marker for differentiation of epithelial ovarian cancer. A method for determining an affection of the epithelial ovarian cancer using the glycoprotein is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
