PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for multilayer ceramic capacitor internal electrode capable of inhibiting a catalytic action of a conductive metal particle in a de-binder process even without containing sulfur and inhibiting generation of structural defects such as voids, cracks and delamination.SOLUTION: To a conductive paste containing a conductive metal particle, a co-material, a binder resin and an organic solvent, at least 2-hydroxy-N-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-ylbenzamide is added as an organic additive at a mass ratio to the conductive metal particle of 0.01 to 0.03.
