PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service support system, a customer service support server, and a program thereof capable of allowing a store staff to collect the customer information of a visitor at appropriate timing to utilize for customer service.SOLUTION: The customer service support system supports the customer support to the visitor visiting a store; and includes a signal emission unit arranged at the store and emits a prescribed signal, a server which acquires, when a mobile terminal carried by the visitor receives the signal, identification information of the visitor from the mobile terminal, and acquires the customer information corresponding to the identification information from the storage unit, and at least a display terminal which is arranged at the store, connected with the server via a communication network, and receives and displays the customer information acquired by the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
