The invention is related to chemico-pharmaceutical industry and concerns a method for production of flavonoids from leaves of cobnut (Corylus avellana L.) having vessel-strengthening, anti-inflammatory, hepatotropic and antioxidant effects, the flavonoids to be used for creation of medicinal preparations. The essence of the invention consists in extraction of cobnut leaves with 95% ethyl alcohol, evaporation of alcohol, addition of purified water, evaporation to water residue, washing with chloroform, evaporation of purified water solution, filtering of sediment, evaporation to dry residue, further dissolution in ethyl alcohol, concentration, separation of crystals, evaporation of the filtrate to dry residue, dissolution in purified water, filtering, evaporation to dry residue, and joining of the sediment from water to the crystal from alcohol. The target product obtained is a sum of aglycones and glycosides consisting of myricetin, kaempferol, quercetine, quercitrine, afseline, myricitrine.
