Disclosed is a system and method for a computerized training system for improving an innate profile of the student. The system includes a database, and a processing unit. The database stores instructions related to the training. The processing unit coupled with the database configured to execute the instructions stored in the one database. The processing unit includes an input module, a review module, an approval module, and an upload module. The input module receives data from the one or more instructor. The data is related to the communication skills, good health practices, personal skills and interpersonal skills. The review module enables the first instructor to review the received data. The first instructor provides the feedback on the received data to make necessary changes in received data. The approval module enables the second instructor to approve the reviewed data. The upload module uploads the approved data for the implementation.
