摘要

This invention refers to a process of improvement of the fragrance and olfactory properties of low value essential oil of Citronella (Cymbopogon winterianus) by enriching it with mainly Z- or cis- rose oxide, and thereby, improving commercial value, utility, and use range etc. of the essential oil including that for isolation and production of cis/trans-rose oxide.
