In the past studies of science and history, radar, satellite and sensor is required for forecasting of weather. And then it forecast but metrological department may not forecast the weather changes of a village since metrological department have not the model by which they give the information about the village which technique is with us.those models are not able to give the information of a respective ·area but we have made a model by using electromagnetic wave. It reads the changes of electromagnetic wave between earth and cloud by using electromagnetic wave we can forecast rain and snowfall and it helps to stop our damage and road transport of corps and improves the economy of country use of magnet is being done in many things today. By using this technique we can improve the weather technique.
