The invention relates to a method for preparing a nutritive biomass. According to the invention, the method consists in cultivating strains of mushroom species Ganoderma lucidum, Lentinus edodes, and Pleurotus ostreatus on nutritive media consisting of a mixture of wheat, barley and oat bran, limestone powder and demineralized water, then the media are sterilized, inoculated with mycelia and are grown in a bioreactor connected to an automatic system for controlling the mushroom mycelia growing process, after which the mycelia biomass as fungal pellets suspended in liquid residual medium is collected, and further on is separated by centrifuging, the resulting sediment being dehydrated and conditioned as particles with sizes ranging between 0.1...0.5 mm, the final product having a content of 40...50% proteins and 20...30 % total polysaccharides, related to the total amount of dry substance.
