The invention relates to an organic fertilizer made of wood industry, beer industry and dairy industry by-products, intended for fertilizing agricultural lands. According to the invention, the organic fertilizer comprises a main compost obtained by mixing two parts of wooden dust with one part of resinous tree bark ground and sieved, whereto malt mash is admixed in a ratio of one part of mash to two parts of compost, this mixture being then sprinkled with a mixture of aqueous suspension of beer yeast, Saccharomyces Carlsbergensis, in a concentration of 8.5% with sweet whey, in a ratio of one part of yeast suspension to three parts of whey, so that the total amount of liquid obtained thereby represents 40...60% of the previous mixture, after which the resulting biomass is mechanically homogenized and subjected to anaerobic fermentation for 120...140 days.
