blind separation of sources (sas) is a discipline in the signal processing and data analysis, and recently introduced.several algorithms have been developed for separation to solve the problems of separating spectroscopy.one of the major problems in this area, is present in some autofluorescence from biological samples.the invention is to develop a method to separate the fluorescent sources.to eliminate the intrinsic fluorescence to detect proteins present in an artery - sma.the experimental results are presented to show that our method gives better separation, and it is shown that the rate of detection of biological targets is very important.
