Procedure for clock synchronization remote satellite with a central clock in a central ground station, with the following steps: a) connect the core clock with at least one arranged remote clock in a satellite ground station via a two-way satellite connection ; b) send and receive signals bidirectionally between the central time clock and the remote clock through the satellite connection in real time; c) both the central clock and the remote clock determining in each case the time difference between the reception time of the signal emitted by the opposite station relative to the local clock; d) exchange time differences determined on both sides of the remote clock and the central clock via satellite connection, namely the radio link, by which time signals of the central clock and remote clock are also exchanged in real time e) synchronizing remote clock as the status and progress with the central clock according to time signals exchanged through the satellite connection and the determined time differences.
