An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide having: (a) the sequence of amino acid residues 1 to 394 in Figure 2 (SEQ ID NO: 2); or (b) amino acid residues 1 to X of Figure 2 (SEQ ID NO: 2), where X is any amino acid of 347-377 of Figure 2.
