The present invention is applied to the field of computer networks, and provides an electronic transaction certificate-based social interaction method and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: querying an electronic transaction certificate corresponding to social interaction information of a user terminal; obtaining the social interaction information of the corresponding user terminal of the electronic transaction certificate; according to the social interaction information, adding the user terminal providing the electronic transaction certificate as a friend, the electronic transaction certificate being bound to the social interaction information of the user terminal holding the electronic transaction certificate. By adding friends on the basis of social interaction information bound to electronic transaction certificates, the present invention enables the means of obtaining friend data information to be diversified. The friend data information is easy to query, and the social circle of a user is expanded.
