The processing module (101) is configured to receive image information about a detected person and store the image information to the storage module (102). The image information about the detected person comprises a part image of the detected person, acquisition time and an ambient light intensity. When the ambient light intensity is greater than a pre-set value, change information about the part image of the detected person is obtained according to the part image of the detected person and a reference part image, and a current physical health condition of the detected person is obtained according to the change information about the part image. The storage module (102) stores reference part image information, the reference part image information comprising reference part images accumulated by the detected person before the acquisition time and/or age-based healthy reference part images.
