[Problem] To provide a piezoelectric sounder capable of improving sound pressure without decreasing resonance frequency and an electroacoustic conversion device provided therewith.[Solution] A piezoelectric sounder 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a plate member 32, and a plurality of piezoelectric vibration parts 31. The plurality of piezoelectric vibration parts 31 each comprise a diaphragm 311 supported by the plate member 32 so as to be able to vibrate, and a piezoelectric element 312 joined to the diaphragm 311. An electroacoustic conversion device is provided with an electromagnetic sounder 20 and the piezoelectric sounder 30.
