The battery assembly (102) is detachably connected to the atomization assembly (101). The battery assembly (102) comprises a battery case (201), a battery (202), a first electrode assembly (203), a gas adjustment ring (204), and a stop ring (205). The first electrode assembly (203) comprises a first external electrode (401), a first insulation ring (402) sleeved in the first external electrode (401), and a first internal electrode (403) sleeved in the first insulation ring (402). The first external electrode (401) is provided with a first connecting section (4011) and a second connecting section (4012). The gas adjustment ring (204) is movably sleeved on the second connecting section (4012) and is located between the stop ring (205) and an annular protrusion (4013). By disposing a gas adjustment structure on the battery assembly, cost of the atomization assembly is reduced and waste is avoided because the battery assembly has a longer service life and a lower replacement rate compared with the atomization assembly; by disposing the stop ring and a fixing groove, extrusion on the gas adjustment ring that is movably sleeved on the first external electrode and that is located between the stop ring and the annular protrusion is avoided, and accordingly the electronic cigarette is easy to assemble in place during the assembly, is convenient to assemble and has a high defect-free rate.
