Disclosed is an integrated device (1) of a pump (11) and a nozzle (12), the pump (11) being used for pumping a fluid medium towards the nozzle (12), and the nozzle (12) being used for spraying the fluid medium towards exhaust gas of an engine (10). The integrated device (1) comprises a housing (14), a pump assembly at least partially mounted in the housing (14) and a nozzle assembly at least partially mounted in the housing (14), wherein the housing (14) comprises an entrance passage (15) which is located upstream of the pump assembly and in communication with the pump assembly and an exit passage (16) which is located downstream of the pump assembly and is in communication with the pump assembly, the exit passage (16) being in communication with the nozzle assembly. The pump assembly comprises an electric motor coil (111) used for driving the pump (11), the nozzle assembly comprises a nozzle coil (121) used for driving the nozzle (12), wherein the electric motor coil (111) and the nozzle coil (121) respectively control independently. The integrated device has a simple and compact structure and a higher control precision. In addition, further provided are an integrated device of a urea pump and a urea nozzle, a tail gas after-treatment system and a control method for an integrated device.
