The invention relates to a thermal solar panel (1) including a four-sided frame (2) defining the peripheral edge of the panel (1) and a solar collector (3) housed at least partially inside the frame (2) between the front (4) and rear (5) surfaces of the panel (1), said solar collector (3) including a network (6) of channels for circulating a coolant from an inlet (7) to an outlet (8) of said network (6), the channels of the network (6) including a distribution channel (9) provided with the fluid inlet (7) of the network (6), a collection channel (10) provided with the fluid outlet (8) of the network (6) and parallel longitudinal heat absorption channels (11) extending lengthwise along the panel (1) and connecting the distribution channel (9) and the collection channel (10) to one another. The longitudinal heat absorption channels (11) are not parallel to the longitudinal sides (21) of the frame (2) and the portions of the distribution (9) and collection (10) channels that are parallel to one another and connected to one another by said heat absorption channels (11) are not parallel to the transverse sides (22) of the frame (2).
