The present invention relates to a medical handpiece for improving beam quality using a DOE lens. More specifically, the present invention relates to a medical handpiece for improving beam quality using a DOE lens, wherein the medical handpiece can: improve beam quality using the DOE lens; generate rectangular beams of different sizes to improve the quality of a laser beam for treatment of skin and can thus employ a uniform rectangular beam according to the size of a lesion; prevent superposition of beams to avoid overlap between laser treatments; and pass a low-quality beam through the DOE lens at the distal end thereof to make uneven energy distribution of the beam uniform, thereby overcoming the problem of a side effect caused by a treatment and secondary care.
