The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a DOE lens to improve beam quality; a DOE lens for improving beam quality, which is manufactured by the method; and application thereof. Specifically, after a DOE pattern having a stop array is coated on a light transmission plate in a mask formed of a soda lime glass material using chrome, the mask including the DOE pattern is located on a substrate formed of a sapphire material or a quartz substrate. So, after ultraviolet rays are radiated and exposed, the DOE lens manufactured by being etched in a dry etching method is anti-reflection (AR) coated. Therefore, a transmission loss is reduced. The DOE lens manufactured by the manufacturing method is formed in a medical handpiece so multiple laser spots are formed in a square shape. The square spot with the improved beam quality is radiated to a subject to be treated, and an overlapping part is removed. So, overlap treatment is prevented.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
