A working power supply circuit achieves input and output noise reduction by means of a first capacitor (C1) and a third capacitor (C3), thereby ensuring a stable output from the working power supply circuit and stable operations of the negative electrode (8) and the positive electrode (7) while improving the reliability of the apparatus. A wireless communication module (14) is also used to ensure that an operator can implement real-time monitoring of a work status of the apparatus.
