Provided are: an agricultural fluorine-based resin film having a low elastic modulus and excellent flexibility and mechanical properties; and an agricultural coating material using the same. This agricultural fluorine-based resin film is characterized by having a hydrophilic antidropping layer on at least one surface of a fluorine-based resin film made from a random copolymer which contains 80-90 mass% of a monomer unit derived from a vinylidene fluoride and 10-20 mass% of a monomer unit derived from a hexafluoropropylene.
