The present invention relates to a method for producing a quantum dot-light non-transmitting medium complex, which mixes and disperses quantum dots in an inert matrix material which is optically transparent and solid at a temperature of 100 deg. C or lower, and to a quantum-polymer complex produced thereby. The present invention is relatively simple in that a light non-transmitting material is automatically formed when a material from the outside is added or synthesized, a spacer of an inert matrix material can be easily placed between the quantum dots to maintain the inherent luminance of the quantum dot, and the inherent luminance of the quantum dot can be adjusted by adding materials such as amine or thiol. Moreover, by suppressing Forster energy transfer (FRET) by controlling the distance between the quantum dots, the inherent high luminance of the quantum dot can be maintained and deformation of the spectrum can be prevented. Further, using a heat-resistant material such as silica as a spacer between quantum dots can increase the heat resistance of the matrix including the quantum dot. Furthermore, a heat-resistant material such as silica, when present between quantum dots, serves to protect the quantum dot from the external environment, thus improving the chemical resistance of the quantum dot-containing polymer complex.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
