The present invention relates to a method for massively manufacturing an exosome including a target protein; to an exosome-producing vector which can be used to manufacture the exosome; to an exosome including a target protein, which is manufactured by the method; and to a method for delivering a target protein to cytoplasm by using the manufactured exosome. According to the present invention, in the case of using a manufacturing method of an exosome including a target protein, an exosome including a target protein can be manufactured at high yield, and thus can be widely used to treat diseases. The method for massively manufacturing an exosome including a target protein comprises the following steps: (a) introducing a polynucleotide which encodes a fusion protein composed of an exosome-specific marker and a target protein into an exosome-producing cell to obtain a transformed cell; and (b) cultivating the transformed cell.
