The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-strength magnesium alloy extruded material using a low-temperature and low-speed extrusion process including: a step (a) of casting billet by manufacturing molten magnesium alloy and then injecting the same into a metallic mold; a step (b) of homogenizing the billet casted through the step (a); and a step (c) of extruding the billet homogenized through the step (b) at a temperature of 150-230°C at an outlet speed of 0.01-0.5 m/min.
