The present invention relates to an all-polymer solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an all-polymer solar cell capable of optimizing properties of the all-polymer solar cell such as photoconversion efficiency by adjusting a shape of an active layer by using an electron acceptor including naphthalenediimide (NDI)-thiophene (T)-based copolymer having side chains and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the all-polymer solar cell which includes the active layer including a polymer electron acceptor and a polymer electron donor is implemented, wherein the polymer electron donor includes NDI-T-based copolymer in which an alkyl side chain (R) is substituted.
