The present invention relates to all-polymer solar cells (all-PSCs) and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to all-PSCs which uses a n-type polymer based on P(NDI2HD-T2) as an acceptor to form an active layer, and adjusts a molecular weight of the P(NDI2HD-T2) to control a structure of the active layer, so as to have improved photovoltaic characteristics such as a power conversion efficiency, short circuit current density and the like, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided or manufactured is all-PSCs which uses a n-type polymer based on P(NDI2HD-T2) as an acceptor, and adjusts a molecular weight of P(NDI2HD-T2) to control a structure of an active layer, thereby having improved photovoltaic characteristics such as a power conversion efficiency, short circuit current density and the like. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: determining a molecular weight of the P(NDI2HD-T2) by considering changes in orientations in the active layer according to the molecular weight of the P(NDI2HD-T2) comprising a polymer acceptor; preparing a n-type polymer based on the P(NDI2HD-T2) having the determined molecular weight; and forming an active layer mixed with a p-type polymer comprising a polymer donor and the n-type polymer based on the P(NDI2HD-T2).
